Return / Exchange Guidelines

Product Condition

  • The product must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.
  • Fashion products may be tried on for fit and will still be considered unworn.
  • If a product is returned in an inadequate condition, we reserve the right not to register your complaint.

Return Period

  • For defective products, the return period is 15 working days.
  • For all return or exchange requests, please submit your request within 15 working days of receiving the parcel.

Required Documentation

  • Please return the product with a copy of the invoice.
  • Clearly mention the reason for returning the items.
  • Label the returned product as "Return Item" to avoid any discrepancies.

Shipping

  • Customers must return the merchandise via traceable delivery (courier or registered post) at their own expense.
  • Note: Delivery charges will not be refunded.

Refund Processing

  • Refund requests will be processed within 10 working days after receiving the returned products.

Hygiene Notice

No refunds or exchanges will be accepted on Baby Care and Feeding items due to hygiene issues.


How to Return or Exchange Your Item(s)

Step 1: Repack Merchandise
Ensure that the item(s) you wish to return, along with the Return Label, are securely repacked and included in your return shipment.

Step 2: Ship Your Return
Return the merchandise via traceable delivery (courier or registered post) at your own expense to the following address:
